Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3 years of analytics experience required.
• Experience in a managed health care environment preferred.
• Knowledge of IH EDW, Health Rules, Beacon, and Power data structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address key business challenges and create actionable insights.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and automate tasks.
• Present outputs in user-friendly formats and communicate results to business partners.
• Review and validate data prior to release to ensure accuracy.
