Job summary

K Health seeks a Strategic Insights Analyst to blend operations, data science, and AI-powered automation. You will translate rigorous analysis into action by partnering with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to shape strategic roadmaps in an AI-enhanced environment.

You’ll apply SQL, Python, and AI agents to deliver scalable insights, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations for leadership across the company.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of analytics, strategy, consulting, or operations experience.
• AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools to boost productivity.
• Strong SQL proficiency for complex queries and big datasets.
• Solid Python knowledge (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) with AI agents usage.
• Experience with AI-powered analysis tools and automated pipelines.
• Foundation in statistics and data science concepts for predictions.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical rigor and AI-powered tools to strategic business problems and derive actionable insights.
• Enable self-serve analytics and empower stakeholders to access data at scale.
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Ops, Marketing, Product and Finance to develop hypotheses and analyses.
• Develop and own key performance metrics with automated monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Use SQL and Python with AI agents to build data models and dashboards.
• Communicate insights clearly to leadership using AI-enhanced visuals.
• Build scalable AI-powered analysis workflows and autonomous insights generation.
• Develop scalable operational processes leveraging data assets and AI workflows.
