Job summary

K Health seeks a Director of Analytics to lead Strategic Insights Analysts and set AI-first decision-making standards across the company. You will manage and mentor analysts, own the analytics roadmap, and partner with Product, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Finance leadership to shape strategic direction.

This high-impact role requires onsite presence in our New York City office 4 days a week, building durable systems for repeatable insights and executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data science, strategy, consulting, or business ops.
• 2+ years managing high-performing analysts or analytics engineers.
• Experience designing and operationalizing AI agents and LLM pipelines.
• Strong SQL, data-modeling, KPI, and performance judgment.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics roadmap and translate strategy into prioritized analyses and self-serve products.
• Drive AI-first operations with agents, orchestration, and LLM pipelines.
• Lead Looker strategy, ensure semantic layer quality, and design dashboards.
• Define KPIs, automate monitoring, anomaly detection, and insight generation.
• Elevate team output through code review, feedback, and reusable playbooks.
• Translate analyses into actionable cross-functional insights for decisions.
• Coordinate with data engineering and evolving data infra alongside business needs.
