Garner Health is seeking an exceptional AI-Native Data Analyst III to join our Reporting team in New York City. You will own client-facing analysis end-to-end, collaborating with relationship managers and engineers to deliver scalable, accurate reports and insights.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in data analytics, BI, and a strong automation mindset, with hands-on Snowflake, SQL, and dbt experience. This role requires in-office work 3 days/week in the Financial District.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Consulting, or related data-centric role.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into data-driven solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomy with end-to-end reporting projects and a bias toward automation and scalability.
• Comfort with building analytics and dashboards and validating results using AI agents.
• Experience with modern data stack and governance-aware pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing analysis end-to-end: scope, build, deliver key reports.
• Partner with client-facing teams to answer questions via robust reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with data engineering to automate reporting at scale.
• Develop deep domain expertise to drive meaningful insights.
• Identify gaps and proactively develop new insights for clients.
• Promote best practices in visualization, documentation, and metrics.
• Run deep-dive investigations to support strategic leadership decisions.
