Job summary

Managed.com is hiring a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical liaison between partners and internal teams across HostPapa, Hostopia, and related platforms. You will guide integrations, migrations, and onboarding, working with Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, Sales, and PM to align scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions Engineering or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong ability to design solutions, plan implementations, and analyze systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, migrations, onboarding projects, or platform implementations.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Comfort with hosting, cloud, and telecom environments is a plus.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Quick learner of new technologies and partner environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for partner activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document partner requirements across integrations and migrations.
• Evaluate environments and propose scalable technical solution approaches.
• Lead discovery sessions, design discussions, and implementation planning.
• Support API integrations, email and web services, migrations, onboarding.
• Collaborate to align scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Translate needs into technical tasks and project plans.
• Deliver technical presentations, walkthroughs, and enablement sessions.
• Provide guidance on architecture, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Support partner relationships by troubleshooting challenges.
• Stay informed on related technologies and industry trends.
