Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. You’ll design and build foundational IAM platform services that protect customer trust across Salesforce's products and infrastructure, with a strong focus on distributed systems, security and AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of software engineering experience with a focus on security and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python or Java and familiarity with AI-enabled tooling.
• Experience with REST/JSON APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship high-quality software across Linux, macOS, and Windows with AI-enabled workflows.
• Design systems where AI agents integrate into human security workflows; review code for quality and security.
• Implement device trust, attestation, PKI, and secure transport components.
• Deploy and maintain containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Terraform/CI tooling.
• Support secure development practices, testing, and incident response.
