Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or tech transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI-powered tools and determine enabling piloting and MVP designs.
• Lead cross-team collaboration to deliver integrated outcomes and manage capacity.
• Develop AI-assisted resource allocation linked to P&L and growth opportunities.
• Define evolution of product lifecycle with data and BI alignment.
• Define future AI-ready skills and development paths for staff.
• Manage Risk & Controls with Compliance and InfoSec to meet standards.
• Track impact of AI adoption, reporting to leadership via OKRs.
