Job summary

Glean is hiring for a Product Ops leader to shape and scale the operational backbone of our SaaS product organization. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving data-driven decisions and AI-first initiatives that unlock value for customers and teams.

You will report to the Head of Product Ops and collaborate across R&D, GTM, and PMM, building scalable processes in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

5–8+ years in Product Ops, TPM, or PM with strong discovery and analytics in a B2B environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Systems thinking to design scalable processes without bureaucracy.
Influence without authority and credible collaboration.
Program management rigor to move multiple threads.
Comfort with ambiguity and speed for reversible decisions.
Sharp writing to convey complex decisions clearly.
Hands-on experience with AI technologies and AI-first thinking.
Fluency in product analytics (funnels, retention, segmentation).
Hands-on experience with Jira and portfolio usage.
Experience with SQL or similar data tools.

Responsibilities

Design the operating rhythm with roadmap cadence, launch reviews, and feedback loops.
Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, GTM, and PMM.
Run programs to completion by pushing cross-functional work across the line.
Close the voice-of-customer loop by turning support tickets and usage signals into product insight.
Own the written record by documenting decisions clearly and communicating with the audience.
