Job summary

Glean is hiring a forward deployed product leader to Discover and build our next generation of product surfaces. You’ll work in a pod with Forward Deployed PMs, directly with C-suite executives and Glean's engineering teams to define and ship new capabilities.

You will own 0-to-1 product creation, partnering with FDPM and customers to identify unsolved value, and drive founder-level ownership with enterprise-scale impact.

Qualifications

• Built production software from scratch in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Discover and build Glean's next product surfaces and ship them.
• Lead deep opportunity discovery with FDPM and executives.
• Be a technical partner to the C-suite and explain risks and impact.
• Scale successful solutions with core R&D and ensure repeatability.
• Stay aligned with R&D to push capabilities forward.
