Job summary

Glean in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Product Operations leader to shape and scale the operational backbone of our product development. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to keep a thriving product team aligned.

You’ll design the operating rhythm, drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, GTM, and PMM, and ensure fast, data-informed decisions. Experience with AI-driven product insights and Jira is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Product Ops, TPM, or PM with strong discovery and analytics skills in a B2B or B2B2C environment
• Fluent in product analytics, data-driven decision making, and prioritization across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to compress complex decisions into clear docs and communicate at the appropriate level of detail

Responsibilities

• Design the operating rhythm: build the roadmap cadence, launch reviews, and feedback loops with lightweight governance
• Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, GTM, and PMM
• Close the voice-of-customer loop by turning support tickets, sales calls, and usage signals into prioritized product insights
• Own the written record: document decisions clearly and communicate them to the audience, shaping the narrative of how the product org works
• Unblock decisions and push cross-functional work across the line
• Adapt quickly when priorities shift
• Turn customer signals into prioritized actionable insights and drive programs to completion
