Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management adoption across the organization.

You will define and operationalize best practices, develop learning programs, and support readiness for major initiatives across portfolios. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders, plus the ability to transform AI-aware processes into AI-native capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8 years of experience; alternative combos allowed.
• 5-7 years in a Product organization directly in Product Management or Product Operations.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to product workflows with measurable results.
• Experience driving large-scale change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first approaches to product management and embed enterprise standards.
• Develop learning and development programs and drive adoption of best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the product lifecycle with key partners.
• Embed AI-native methodologies to discover, define, build, launch and measure products.
