Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management across the organization. You will shape and adopt enterprise standards, mobilize learning programs, and embed AI-native practices in discovery, design, build, launch, and measurement.

You will partner with Product Management, Product Readiness and COE teams to orchestrate change, build scalable playbooks, and evangelize applied AI across CAPTG.

• Provide excellent service to internal clients and stakeholders.
• Think critically about integrating tools, processes and standards to create compounded value.

• Think broadly across diverse teams and enterprise needs.

Responsibilities

• Mature Product Management: drive maturity, skills, and consistency across Cox Automotive; evolve standards for discovery, delivery and post-launch measurement.
• AI-First Product Management: develop AI-first approaches; integrate Claude, Pendo AI into discovery, writing, and launch readiness; create playbooks and agents.
• Enterprise Stewardship: coordinate across Product Management, Product Readiness and Product COE to promote awareness and drive adoption.
