Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management standards across the portfolio. You will mature product management processes, socialize standards, and enable adoption through learning programs and enterprise playbooks.

In this hands-on, cross-functional role you will partner with product, readiness, and other teams to push change, embed AI-native practices, and support broad adoption of enterprise standards across Cox Automotive.

Qualifications

• AI-first product management experience with concrete results.
• Ability to deploy AI tools in product workflows and evangelize adoption.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship building.
• Experience enabling product management maturity across large organizations.
• Hands-on change management and continuous improvement experience.
