Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to guide AI-first product management across the portfolio. You will drive maturity of product management practices, embed enterprise standards for discovery to measurement, and partner with readiness teams to ensure successful launches.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strong communication, and the ability to operationalize new ways of working at scale within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• AI-first approaches to product management, including practical use of LLMs and prompts.
• Strong ability to build relationships across matrixed teams and drive adoption of standards.

Responsibilities

• Mature product management maturity across Cox Automotive; own enterprise discipline framework for discovery, specification, delivery and post-launch measurement.
• Lead AI-first approaches to product management; integrate AI tools into discovery, research synthesis, specification writing and launch readiness.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Product Readiness teams to promote awareness and drive adoption of Product Operations initiatives.
• Create reusable playbooks, skills, prompts, and agents; act as internal SME and evangelist for applied AI in product management.
• Drive behavioral change through knowledge sharing and curated resources across the enterprise.
