Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management and establish enterprise-wide standards across product teams. You will lead adoption, develop repeatable playbooks, and embed AI-native practices across the portfolio, working with matrixed teams to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of experience or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in Product organization
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to product workflows
• Experience driving large-scale organizational change initiatives
• Strong business relationship skills and enterprise vision alignment

Responsibilities

• Mature product management maturity across Cox Automotive with standards for discovery, delivery, and measurement
• Lead AI-first product management initiatives and integrate AI tools into workflows
