Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management and maturity across the portfolio. You will embed enterprise standards, develop learning programs, and lead cross-functional teams to adopt best practices in discovery, building, launching, and measuring products.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and change-management skills to advance Cox’s product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in a related field, or equivalent combination per listing.
• 5-7 years of experience in a Product organization directly in Product Management or a combination of Product Management and Product Operations.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real product management workflows with measurable results.
• Experience driving large operational change management initiatives.
• Ability to build key business relationships and contribute to the enterprise vision at Cox Automotive.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Mature product management processes across Cox Automotive.
• Lead AI-first product management adoption using Claude, Pendo AI.
• Develop reusable playbooks, prompts, and agents.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide Product Operations initiatives.
• Drive behavioral change through knowledge sharing and curated resources.
• Embed AI-native methodologies in discovery, build, launch, and measure.
