Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 8+ years in a related field.
• Experience applying AI tools to product management workflows with measurable results.
• Strong change-management and enterprise-wide initiative experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive maturation of product management maturity across Cox Automotive, including standards for discovery, delivery, and post-launch measurement.
• Lead AI-first approaches to product management; embed AI tools into discovery, research, and launch readiness; develop playbooks and reusable assets.
• Promote enterprise-wide adoption through knowledge sharing and curated resources to drive buy-in.
