Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management standards across the enterprise. You will embed AI-native practices, define and operationalize best practices, and support readiness processes across portfolios.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams, build learning programs, and lead strategic changes that improve product operations and maturity across Cox Automotive. A proactive, communicative leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8 years related experience; alternatives listed.”
• 5–7 years of experience in Product org directly in Product Management or combined Product Management/Operations.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI tools to real product management workflows with measurable results.
• Involvement in driving large-scale operational change and improvements.
• Strong ability to build key business relationships and contribute to enterprise vision.

Responsibilities

• Maturing Product Management: drive processes to improve maturity, skills and consistency. Own the enterprise discipline framework for discovery, specification, delivery and post-launch measurement.
• AI‑First Product Management: lead AI-first approaches across CAPTG; integrate Claude, Pendo AI; develop playbooks, prompts, and agents; act as SME for applied AI in product management.
• Enterprise Stewardship: partner with Product Management and Product Readiness teams to coordinate efforts and promote awareness of Product Operations initiatives; drive adoption.
