Job summary

Signal Advisors is seeking an experienced Product Manager who operates in an AI-first product development environment to empower financial advisors. You will define, prototype, and launch features that automate complex service, planning, and compliance workflows, using AI tools daily to move from idea to working software faster than traditional PM cycles.

You'll collaborate with users, engineering, design, operations, and executives to shape the advisor experience and 10x client outcomes,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience; fintech or financial services preferred.
• Direct experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features or prototyping with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch with prototype-first validation.
• Design end-to-end experiences for advisors and internal teams, defining workflows and SLAs.
• Use AI tools daily to prototype features, analyze data, and draft product artifacts.
• Define quality bars, testing, and post-launch adoption metrics.
• Translate financial services needs into clear product direction for engineering and design.
• Drive strategic thinking to align with company roadmap and high-impact opportunities.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Define and analyze key metrics (adoption, automation, time-to-resolution).
