Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or a related role supporting technology-enabled business solutions.
• Ability to lead requirements discussions and translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Experience delivering technology initiatives through full project lifecycle from discovery to post-launch support.
• Strong relationship-building and influence across business, operations, and technology teams.
• Knowledge of advisor/client workflows within wealth management or financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for financial planning platforms and capabilities from discovery through adoption.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with firm objectives and advisor needs.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Compliance, vendors, and end users to drive delivery outcomes.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops and solution demonstrations.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities.
