Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management experience in data-heavy analytics or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of specialty practice economics and formulary dynamics.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and continuous discovery.
• Excellent communication to align engineering, sales, marketing and executives.
• Understands healthcare data (claims, remittance, contracts) and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap for an AI-first analytics platform.
• Define features for revenue cycle management and ASP/reimbursement modeling.
• Drive platform synergies by connecting clinical and financial data across lines.
• Own end-to-end product development, backlog prioritization, and user story writing.
• Capture VOC through CABs and clinics to validate prototypes and product-market fit.
