Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics to lead the evolution of an enterprise-scale financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform. You will champion an AI-first approach, designing advanced scenario modeling tools and predictive margin trackers for oncology, urology, rheumatology and gastroenterology practices.

Responsibilities include defining the product strategy, owning the end-to-end lifecycle, and aligning stakeholders across engineering, sales

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software product management in data-heavy enterprise analytics or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of specialty healthcare economics, buy-and-bill concepts and ASP impact.
• Expert Agile/Scrum practices and continuous product discovery.
• Excellent communication to align engineering, sales and executives around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmap for an AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform.
• Define features for predictive margin tracking, revenue leakage prevention, and scenario modeling.
• Bridge clinical and financial data across platforms to deliver integrated analytics.
• Own end-to-end product development with a highly prioritized backlog balancing value and feasibility.
• Engage CABs and VOC to validate prototypes and ensure strong PMF.
