Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Product Analyst II for the Global Card team in Arlington, VA. You will own funnel performance end-to-end, analyze product economics, and shape the roadmap with data-driven insights.

This hybrid role emphasizes AI-first analysis and collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Product to launch metrics-driven features. You will build analytical foundations, design experiments, and translate customer behavior into actionable recommendations while supporting launches across

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product analytics, business analytics, data analytics, product management, or a related role.
• Domain depth in financial services, ideally consumer-facing products.
• Experience with writing SQL, including complex joins and aggregations, plus data modeling.
• Builder mindset and full-stack product instincts; automate reporting where possible.
• Fluency with AI-first tools and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own funnel performance end to end from acquisition to retention and run optimization.
• Analyze unit economics, spend and funding behavior to guide roadmap.
• Understand how customers manage money and how card and remittance interact.
• Own slice of roadmap from opportunity to requirements and shipping with Engineering.
• Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and self-serve tooling for teams.
• Work with AI-first tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive reporting.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and interpret A/B tests and experiments.
• Drive customer segmentation and lifecycle analysis to identify high-value cohorts.
• Connect marketing and product, aligning acquisition, activation, and product engagement as one system.
