Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead acquisitions strategy for Global Card. You will define segments, uncover pain points, and shape features with cross-functional partners to drive user growth.

You’ll extensively leverage AI tools to accelerate research, experiments, and shipping, owning the roadmap, GTM execution, and metrics. You will work in a hybrid capacity from our Arlington, VA office, partnering with marketing and analytics to optimize the funnel and activation.

Responsibilities

• Define acquisitions roadmap for Remitly Global Card aligned with growth goals.
• Identify and validate pain points of target segments using research and data.
• Build and ship products addressing identified pain points with design/engineering.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and funnels for growth.
• Own end-to-end acquisition journey from awareness to activation.
• Define success metrics, instrument dashboards, run experiments.
• Champion AI adoption in PM practice across the org and mentor peers.
• Communicate strategy and results to stakeholders and leadership.
