Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Global Card to lead acquisitions strategy, defining customer segments, identifying pain points, and shaping product features with engineering and design to drive growth.

This role partners with marketing, owns end-to-end onboarding, and leverages AI tools to accelerate research, experimentation, and shipping, while reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer fintech, payments, or card products.
• Experience defining and validating customer segments using qualitative and quantitative research.
• Experience partnering with marketing and growth teams to drive user acquisition.
• Subject matter expertise in the debit card/payments landscape and a strong point of view on trust and engagement.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable defining metrics and using experimentation to guide decisions.
• End-to-end product ownership from discovery through go-to-market, with autonomy on cross-functional problems.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize an acquisitions roadmap for Remitly Global Card, aligning segmentation and growth with company goals; own the P&L for new user growth.
• Identify and validate pain points of prospective new-to-Remitly customers within traditional segments using research and data.
• Build products and features with engineering and design to ship iteratively and validate impact.
• Partner with marketing to design and execute acquisition campaigns and funnels that drive growth.
• Own end-to-end acquisition journey experience from awareness to activation and reduce friction.
• Define success metrics and instrumentation; build dashboards and experimentation framework; report progress to senior leadership.
• Champion AI adoption in product management and mentor other PMs to build AI-first habits.
