Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience in accounting/finance workflows.
• Direct understanding of close processes, reconciliations, GL/journal entries, client advisory.
• Proven track record shipping AI-native or workflow-automation products with adoption.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, OKR, and success metrics for products.
• Translate accounting workflows into product requirements for engineering.
• Direct research and customer engagement to validate hypotheses and pivot as needed.
