Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a Principal Product Manager for Agent Studio within the Mid-Market org to lead AI-native finance and accounting workflows for enterprise customers.

You will shape vision, strategy, and roadmaps, partnering with engineering, AI scientists, design, and accounting partners to deliver scalable agentic solutions. You will translate deep accounting knowledge into product requirements, run customer research, define success metrics, and inspire cross-functional teams with compelling

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience in accounting/finance workflows.
• Direct understanding of accounting workflows: close processes, reconciliations, journal entries, client advisory.
• Experience with AI-native or workflow-automation products, preferably in regulated domains.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Strong communication skills to translate between practitioners, engineers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics.
