Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Agent Studio within the Mid-Market Product Management org.

You will drive AI-native product initiatives for accountants and finance professionals, translating domain knowledge into scalable product requirements and engaging with engineering, AI scientists, design, and partners to shape the next generation of accounting workflows. You will lead research, set vision and roadmaps, and influence stakeholders across functions to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or equivalent experience including accounting/finance workflows.
• Direct understanding of accounting workflows: close processes, reconciliations, GL/journal entries.
• Experience taking AI-native or workflow-automation products from concept to production.
• Ability to work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate between practitioners, engineers, and executives.
• Familiarity with AI/agentic technology and Intuit’s Enterprise Suite is a plus.

• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics.
