Job summary

Intuit Inc. in New York is seeking a Principal Product Manager for our Agentic Workflow Platform. You will drive AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch and define the vision, strategy, and OKRs for your products.

You will translate deep accounting knowledge into requirements for engineering, lead research and customer engagements, and partner across engineering, design, and finance to build high-trust workflow solutions for accountants and finance professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience in accounting/finance workflows.
• Direct understanding of accounting processes: close, reconciliations, GL/journal entries, client advisory.
• Experience taking AI-native/workflow-automation products from concept to production, in regulated domains.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics for your products.
• Translate accounting workflows into product requirements that engineering can build against.
• Direct research and customer engagement motions to validate hypotheses and decide pivots.
• Lead with storytelling and cross-functional leadership to align engineering, design, marketing, and finance.
