Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its Agentic Workflow Platform within the Mid-Market Product Management org. You will shape AI-native solutions for accountants and finance professionals, partnering with engineering, AI scientists, design, and partner networks to transform workflows.

Lead the product vision and strategy, translate accounting processes into technical requirements, and drive research and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with accounting/finance exposure.
• Deep understanding of closing, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Proven track record delivering AI-native/workflow products.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-native product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics.
