Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with accounting/finance workflow experience.
• Direct understanding of close processes, reconciliations, GL/journal entries.
• Track record shipping AI-native or workflow-automation products in regulated domains.
• Ability to lead across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating accounting to tech.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-native product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, OKR, and success metrics.
• Translate accounting workflows into concrete product requirements.
• Direct research and customer engagement to validate hypotheses.
• Lead with storytelling and cross-functional leadership to gain buy-in.
