Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with accounting/finance experience.
• Deep understanding of close calendars, reconciliations, journal entries.
• Proven track record shipping AI-native/workflow automation products.
• Excels in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication with engineers, design, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-native product initiatives from conception to launch.
• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics.
• Translate accounting workflows into concrete product requirements.
• Lead research and customer engagement to validate hypotheses.
• Inspire cross-functional teams with storytelling and leadership.
• Partner with engineers, AI scientists, design, and partners.
