Job summary

Zelis is seeking an Operations Lead to own the Agile PMO operating model and set delivery governance standards across Price Optimization. You will lead organizational change to enable PDLC adoption and an AI-first approach, influencing delivery outcomes beyond a single product line.

You will craft governance, tooling, and runbooks, while partnering with HR and leadership to ensure smooth transitions and measurable improvements in efficiency at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMO/operational models and defining delivery governance.
• Proficient with AI tooling, automation, and governance in a scaled environment.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agile PMO operating model and delivery standards.
• Lead organizational change management for major operating model shifts.
• Build PDLC governance infrastructure: templates, tooling, adoption tracking.
• Define and own PMO operational health metrics and executive reporting.
• Drive AI-first operating model initiatives across the PMO.
