Qualifications

Typically has Bach. +4 yrs; Masters +2 yrs Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise.
Proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required.
Proven track record of managing enterprise-level or multi-year projects.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and emerging AI-driven tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of large-scale or highly complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with senior leadership.
Manage comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and recommendations.
Anticipate and resolve critical issues, making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
Oversee cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication and alignment across multiple teams.
Conduct advanced risk analysis and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing best-in-class project management methodologies.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and quality assurance processes.
Utilize AI tools and automation to optimize project workflows and reporting.
