Job summary

Zelis is seeking a Sr. Director of Process Excellence to set the Pricing Solutions strategy, governance, and continuous improvement across the organization. You will partner with Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations to deliver transparency, speed, and measurable business outcomes.

This leader builds the Enablement and Quality programs, drives AI-enabled process modernization, and leads through the Sr. Manager, Quality, Performance & Enablement to elevate overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Set pricing solutions intake strategy and prioritization framework.
• Own centralized intake of all product development initiatives.
• Define scalable governance standards for evaluating requests.
• Drive data-driven prioritization using analytics for exec decisions.
• Establish stage-gate governance with leadership review forums.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Set standards for end-to-end workflow documentation.
• Act as a change agent across cross-functional environments.
• Define enterprise KPI strategy for Pricing Solutions.
• Create transparent reporting frameworks for leadership.
• Develop executive dashboards to monitor performance.
• Oversee Operational Analysts to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Translate analytics into prioritized improvement opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership to Enablement and Quality teams.
• Foster AI-enabled quality and monitoring capabilities.
