Job summary

Xebia is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Owner/Platform Engineer to lead the internal developer platform and guide the evolution of scalable, cloud-native solutions for developers. You will own the platform vision, translate developer needs into capabilities, and drive roadmaps with a focus on value, resilience, and security.

You will collaborate with engineers and architects, shape multi-tenancy and deployment workflows, and champion best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in platform/product roles and ownership of internal developer platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and platform engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure automation.
• Ability to define strategy, own roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and lead discovery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience applying AI-assisted tools to improve analysis and software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform vision, strategy, and long-term product roadmap.
• Translate developer needs into platform capabilities and initiatives.
• Prioritize backlog and drive roadmap execution based on value and impact.
• Lead product discovery, define MVPs, validate new capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on platform evolution and direction.
• Shape decisions on scalability, resilience, security, observability, and multi-tenancy.
• Design intuitive developer experiences and simplify deployment workflows.
• Gather feedback from users to continuously improve the platform.
• Align technical and business stakeholders around strategy and delivery outcomes.
• Drive platform standards and contribute to solution design discussions.
