Frontiers Media SA is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to lead the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and AI‑First Delivery capabilities. You will own a platform domain end to end, provide self‑service templates, and craft guardrails that empower stream‑aligned teams to deploy safely and rapidly.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating cloud platforms end to end.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to own a platform capability from design to run.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and the developer portal (Backstage).
• Own CI/CD and GitOps migrations (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Provision cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) in Azure/AKS.
• Improve observability and reliability with NewRelic and Grafana; define SLOs.
• Advance AI-first delivery and agent workflows with MCP, AI context, and governance.
