Oliver James Group is partnering with a leading U.S. insurer on a contract opportunity to build an AI-first platform from scratch.

You will own the development of an in-house, greenfield AI-enabled system for underwriting, claims, onboarding, policy administration, and broker portals. You will work with Director of Engineering to turn the AI vision into production-ready solutions, influence architecture, and bring vendor-managed technology in-house to strengthen internal capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong C#/.NET and Python development experience.
• Practical AI experience, including AI-assisted development tools.
• Solid AWS and cloud engineering expertise.
• Experience building scalable applications and contributing to technical architecture.
• Experience working with and leading external vendors.

Responsabilités

• Build a greenfield AI-first platform from the ground up using C#/.NET, Python, and AWS.
• Develop intelligent workflows that transform core insurance processes.
• Influence platform architecture and key technical decisions.
• Bring vendor-managed technology in-house and strengthen internal engineering capability.
• Work directly with the Director of Engineering to turn the AI vision into production-ready solutions.
