Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years related experience or 4 years related experience.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and reviewing AI-generated outputs.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into implementation with attention to quality and security.

Responsibilities

• Practice AI-first development and use AI tools to generate code, tests, and design options.
• Evaluate AI-driven vs traditional solutions and implement where advantageous.
• Ensure tests cover unit, integration, and verification aspects; validate outcomes.
• Own delivery from design through implementation with proper documentation and reviews.
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and partners to refine requirements.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to standards.
