ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Technology Architect to act as the primary strategic interface for Global and Strategic Regional partners. You will drive partner growth through pre-sales excellence, business development, solution strategy, and AI-first technology adoption.

This role blends trusted advisory with architecture and go-to-market leadership to translate platform capabilities into repeatable, outcome-driven offerings that partners can build, scale, and monetize.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or partner strategy.
• Proven experience working with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, or tech alliances.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence VP+ level.
• Connecting business strategy, industry context, and technology into growth plans.
• Experience shaping or scaling partner practices, offerings, or go-to-market motions.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full spectrum from pre-sales engagement to strategic co-innovation and growth advisory.
• Lead partner strategy and business development across routes to market.
• Drive solution strategy and partner-led proofs of concept to validate value.
