Puffy is seeking a Marketing Manager, AI-First, to convert consumer research into campaigns and creative with AI-assisted tools. You will own briefs, scripts, and partnerships, reporting to the Director of Marketing, while enabling performance across paid channels and AI video teams.

You will drive strategy from insights to execution, balancing rapid iteration with strong collaboration across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience including 2+ years with D2C e-commerce brands.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into campaigns and messaging.
• Experience using AI-assisted creative processes for briefs and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Turn research into campaigns, briefs, and scripts that guide AI video generation teams.
• Own and manage exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and review performance with marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with paid channels to bring finished assets to market and feedback into iteration.
