Job summary

Cellular Intelligence is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure & IT Systems Engineer to own and improve IT systems, automation, and research compute for our AI-driven biotech work in Boston. You will begin by shaping identity management, endpoint provisioning, and SaaS governance, then take broader ownership of our engineering platform and AWS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years owning internal IT systems, incl. IAM, SaaS, endpoint management, automation, and user support.
• Proven ability to use AI/LLM tooling to automate operational work.
• Experience securing endpoints using MDM/EDR or similar tooling.
• Scripting/automation skills; Python preferred.
• Linux fluency with AWS services (IAM, EC2, S3).
• Clear written communication for runbooks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Improve IT systems and automation to simplify processes and enable self-service.
• Administer IAM, email, collaboration, source-control, and SaaS with least-privilege access.
• Manage Mac/Windows fleet device security, inventory, provisioning.
• Maintain AI-assisted IT support system; review actions and add automations.
• Automate account, device, and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Assist with user, access, connectivity, endpoints, office, and lab computers when needed.
• Document processes for migrations, security awareness, procurement handoffs.
