Docusign seeks a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to lead portfolio orchestration for its AI-first GTM experimentation engine. You will align Prospecting Science experiments with enterprise strategy, ensuring resources target high-impact motions and reporting to senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, DTS and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic/ops roles at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience turning experiment results into enterprise narratives.
• Ability to build prioritization frameworks and allocate resources.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a living portfolio framework ranking experiments by impact and speed to scale.
• Define stage-gate criteria for experiment progression with quantitative thresholds.
• Draft executive memos and QBR decks linking experiments to enterprise outcomes.
• Develop scenario models and resource allocation recommendations with measurable impact.
• Collaborate to align GTM experiments with organizational planning and compensation design.
• Scale ceremonies, Jira workflows, and intake processes as the program grows.
• Produce quarterly portfolio rebalance recommendations for bets.
