Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, ERP to lead the innovation, development, and optimization of the ERP platform that spans order entry, inventory, purchasing, pricing, and financials across its divisions.

You will collaborate with leadership, operations, finance, engineering, and business stakeholders to standardize and modernize core systems for growth and operational excellence. In this AI-first role, you will partner with the Lead Engineer to identify opportunities,

Qualifications

Experience in strategic planning and digital product lifecycle management.
Experience with analytics to guide decisions; data science a plus.
Experience discovering and delivering AI/data-driven product use cases; partner with engineering.

Responsibilities

Co-own use-case discovery and rapid prototyping of AI opportunities; turn into working proofs.
Champion an AI-First approach to product, accelerating discovery, decisions, and delivery.
Drive a technology product roadmap to modernize the ERP platform for internal and external customers.
Develop analytical insights to drive strategy and execution, improving order accuracy and inventory turns.
Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, engineering, and data teams to design, build, and deploy solutions.
