Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Procure-to-Pay to lead AI-driven enhancements of the P2P platform across purchasing, onboarding, invoice capture, and payments.

You will work with finance, operations, engineering, and data analytics to deliver cost reductions and improved visibility. You will co-own use-case discovery with the Lead Engineer, drive an AI-first roadmap, and collaborate across departments to prove value and scale solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in digital product management or related leadership roles.
Experience in strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and customer-centric innovation.
Experience with AI or data-driven use cases and partnering with engineering to prototype.

Responsibilities

Co-own use-case discovery and rapid prototyping with the Lead Engineer.
Champion an AI-first approach to product development and prioritization.
Drive a technology product roadmap for Procure-to-Pay across purchasing, AP, and supplier management.
Develop analytical insights to measure and improve invoice cycle time, touchless processing, and spend control.
Collaborate with procurement, AP, operations, finance, engineering, and data analytics teams to deploy solutions.
