Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Procure-to-Pay to drive AI-powered innovation across the P2P platform. The role partners with digital product management, procurement, and finance to define strategy and deliver scalable solutions that improve spend visibility and control.

Lead use-case discovery, work with engineering to rapidly prototype, and shape a roadmap that reduces cost and accelerates approvals, invoicing, and supplier payments across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years in digital product management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience leading AI or data-driven product use cases and prototyping with engineering teams.
• Experience with procure-to-pay, accounts payable, and spend management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Co-own use-case discovery and rapid prototyping with engineers to prove business value.
• Champion an AI-first product approach and prioritize high-value cases for the business.
• Drive a technology product roadmap to source, buy, receive, and pay efficiently.
• Develop analytical insights to guide strategy and measure success (invoice cycle time, touchless processing, on-time payment).
• Collaborate across procurement, AP, operations, finance, engineering, and data analytics to deliver impact.
