Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or related leadership roles in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience in strategic planning and digital product lifecycle management.
- Experience with ERP platforms and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Co-own use-case discovery and rapid prototyping for AI opportunities across the organization.
- Champion an AI-First approach to product development and delivery.
- Drive a technology product roadmap to modernize and standardize ERP across divisions.
- Develop analytical insights to drive strategy and measure success (order accuracy, inventory turns, on-time fulfillment).
- Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, engineering, and data analytics to design, build, deploy, and optimize solutions.
- Partner with business to drive results.
