Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Order-to-Cash) to provide technical leadership while coding alongside engineers. You will drive AI-first development for our order-to-cash platforms, including billing, credit, collections, cash application, and reconciliation.

You will partner with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and guide teams through design, development, deployment, and support in a fast-growing

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years delivering web, mobile, enterprise, or integration solutions.
4+ years of full-stack development experience.
Proven technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, architecture, and delivery ownership.

Responsibilities

Own use-case discovery and rapid prototyping with AI opportunities.
Lead AI-first software development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Design, develop, and support order-to-cash, billing, and reconciliation platforms.
Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and set architecture direction.
Build scalable integrations and APIs across multiple systems.
Ensure secure, reliable, and high-quality software delivery.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders.
Drive delivery priorities, manage risks, and communicate progress.
Champion AI-assisted development including automated testing and AI code review.
Travel: 25% as per role requirements.
