Job summary
US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Procure-to-Pay) to provide technical leadership while coding alongside engineers on our AI-enabled procure-to-pay ecosystem. You will shape use-case discovery, prototype AI-enabled workflows, and guide teams through design, development, and deployment of APIs and integrations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years delivering web, mobile, enterprise, or integration solutions.
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience with modern JS/TypeScript stack.
- Experience leading technical work, mentoring, code reviews, architecture, and delivery ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own use-case discovery and rapid prototyping with Product Manager, turning AI opportunities into proofs-of-concept.
- Drive AI-First software development lifecycle across discovery, design, coding, testing, and delivery.
- Lead procure-to-pay solutions and integrations across purchasing, invoice automation, approvals, and AP systems.
- Increase touchless invoice processing and spend control via automation and AI.
