Job summary

Box is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Customer Success organization and the Box Consulting team. You will define and build out complex Box solutions with customers, ensuring satisfaction while promoting Box platform solutions.

You will work across sales and field teams to maximize opportunities, provide technical leadership in pre-sales scoping, and help customers migrate and integrate Box into their environments. Occasional on-site travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Ability to speak to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Architecture / design for cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, infrastructure, scale).
• Experience with Python, Typescript, Node.js/Java, .NET, Visualforce.
• Lead pre-sales scoping and deliver repeatable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and build out complex Box solutions with customers.
• Advise on integrating Box into customers' CRM and document vaults.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to execute GTM strategies.
